What kind of service do you provide?

A.We offer our guests with 3 types of services. You can reserve ‘From Airport’ service to get to your destination of choice from the 2 airports in Tokyo area, ‘To Airport’ Service for transportation to the airport from your hotel or other location, and ‘Hourly Service’ in which you can choose your own itinerary. Please see the OUR SERVICES page for more details.
We also welcome reservations of multiple vehicles, with more than 400 vehicles at your disposal.

How many days beforehand can I reserve a limousine for my trip?

A.Reservations can be made 60 days prior to the date of service at the earliest. However, in case you would like to reserve our service earlier than this, please contact us from the CONTACT FORM. We are more than happy to accommodate your requests.
On the other hand there may be time when your request cannot be met if the reservation is made in less than 48 hours before the time of service. We recommend you to make reservation more than 2 days ahead of the date of service.

Are there any age restrictions when hiring a limousine?

A.Children under 12 need to be accompanied by adults.

How can I make reservations for limousines?

A.Guests can make reservations by going to the RESERVATION PAGE by clicking the menu bar on the left side of this webpage.
*Please note that you are required to register as a member of LIMO TOKYO to make reservations on LIMO TOKYO. Please register and become a member by clicking here. No registration and membership fees are necessary. (MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION)

How are the estimated fares calculated?

A.Estimate fares are calculated based on several factors, including the duration of service, type of vehicle and choice of other options. Options include the specification of high class vehicles and the designation of drivers, for example of those who have high English skills.
The duration of your trip will be calculated from the Pickup and Drop off locations we receive from you on the reservation form. In making the calculation, we utilize our experience in providing chauffer service in Japan to estimate the average transportation time required between the 2 locations.
In cases where the actual service duration exceeds the duration calculated beforehand due to bad traffic conditions and other reasons, guests will receive requests of extra payments via e-mail shortly after the date of service.

How will I know if my reservation is confirmed or not?

A.We will send an e-mail to confirm your reservation to the e-mail address provided on the reservation form. We will also send a reminder of your reservation 2 days prior to the date of service.

Can I make changes to the reservations that I've already made?

A.Modifications can be always made by signing in to your USER’S ACCOUNT on our webpage. Go to the page of the reservation you wish to change, choose CHANGE, and submit the changes that you would like to make by filling out the form. Our staff will contact you in a few days.

How can I cancel my reservation?

A.To cancel reservations that you have made, sign in to LIMO TOKYO, go to your USER’S ACCOUNT page and cancel your reservation from the RESERVATION DETAILS page. Please note that when cancellations are made, the reservations made will be deleted completely and you will have to go through the reservation process once more from the beginning to make the same reservation again.

Can you tell me about your cancellation charges?

A.You will not be charged any amount if cancellations are made more than 24 hours before the pick up time. However, if cancellations are made in less than 24 hours, you are to be charged with cancellation fee. For cancellations made during the period between 24H prior to the service and the time when the hired vehicle leaves the yard, a 50% Cancellation charge will be applied. For cancellations made at any point later than this, customers will be charged for 100% of the estimate price as cancellation charge.

Do you have drivers who can speak English?

A.LIMO TOKYO has both English-speaking drivers and staff, who are ready to satisfy the needs of our foreign guests. In making your reservation, please inform us if you would like to have a driver who can speak English.

How can we find our driver on the date of service?

A.When we confirm your reservation, we will also ask you for your request of pick up location. Our driver will be waiting for you at the location chosen, at the exact time that the service is scheduled to start. If possible, we ask guests to give us a cell phone number that we are able to contact in cases of emergency. In case traffic jam suddenly occurs, or our driver fail to find you, we will inform you by telephone call.

What form of payment do you accept?

A.Payment must be made by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, or JCB cards. We do not accept cash and other forms of payment.
In addition, we only accept payment in Japanese Yen. If you would like to use credit cards whose payments are made in other currencies, the foreign exchange rates adopted by the credit card company will be applied to make payments in Japanese Yen.

When do I need to make payments for your service?

A.In confirming your reservation on our website, you are required to provide your credit card information, but at that point, payments are not made yet. After the service is actually provided, and if there is no difference between the actual fare and the estimate price, payments will be made automatically. However, in cases where the actual service fare exceeds the estimated fare, we will send you an e-mail requesting for the payment of extra fares after your regular payment has been made. Please click on the web URL in the e-mail to complete your payment of the extra fare.
In addition, for cancellations made within 24 hours from the scheduled pick up time, we will charge a cancellation charge to the credit card account that you provided when making your initial reservation.
